The finder searches every robot mower in this corpus. It does not rank them by anything we were paid to prefer, and it does not hide a machine because its listing is incomplete — a mower whose manufacturer never published a cutting height still appears, labelled not stated, because an incomplete listing is not a worse machine.

How to read the results
The figure on the right of each result is its rated lawn area, and beneath it the percentage by which it differs from the median for its own size class. Below that sits the claim density: how much lawn the machine claims per centimetre of cutting width, against the median for lawns that size. A mower well above that median is claiming more hours of running, not a faster cut.
Where a class holds fewer than 8 listings, no comparison is shown. That is a deliberate limit, not a missing feature.
Why incomplete listings still appear
Specification coverage across this corpus is uneven. Rated area is published by most listings; a boundary system by around three quarters; a slope rating by under half. A filter that dropped everything it could not confirm would discard a quarter of the catalogue the moment you answered the boundary question — and the machines it discarded would not be worse mowers, only less completely described ones.
So a filter here excludes a mower only when its listing positively contradicts what you asked for. A machine silent on its boundary system still appears when you ask for wire-free, marked not stated, and you can decide what to do with that. The alternative is a tool that quietly hides a quarter of the market and looks decisive doing it.
What the finder cannot tell you
It cannot tell you how long a mower takes to cover your lawn, because run time and charging behaviour are stated by too few listings to compare. It cannot tell you how well it handles rain or deep shade, because no listing quantifies either. And it cannot tell you whether a mower is well built, because that is not a specification — it is an outcome, and measuring it would require testing we do not do.
